Positi (evolution of Plusle)

Fan made design for an evolution of Plusle. Positi is a dual Electric/Fire type Pokémon. It has a peppy personality, and cheers its friends by shooting flaming sparks from its hands, creating self-made fireworks shows. Compared to Plusle, it becomes significantly more powerful when evolving, and gains access to several Fire-type moves. It has the ability Battery, which boosts the special moves of allies in a multi battle, and can have Lightning Rod, which draws in Electric-type moves, as its hidden ability.

Since Plusle and Minun are based on cheering, Positi continues elaborating on the same theme. It has tufts of fur around its hands which resemble pom-poms as well as a "skirt" that is evocative of one worn by a cheerleader, along with having a flame-like pattern to indicate it gaining the Fire type. The pom-poms generate both electricity and heat when Positi is in battle.
