Negato (evolution of Minun)

Fan made design for an evolution of Minun. Negato is a dual Electric/Water type Pokémon. It has a bubbly personality, and it produces beautifully sparkling bubbles from its hands to cheer for its friends. Just like Positi, it has the same ability Battery, which boots the power of special moves used by allies. Its hidden ability is Volt Absorb, which absorbs electric moves to regain health. Negato focuses more on defensive power than Positi. In addition to increased stats, Negato gains access to several Water-type moves when it evolves.

Just like Positi, Negato's design is evocative of cheerleaders. Instead of fluffy fur, Negato's hands are covered with blue bubbles. Negato also contains design elements that indicate its newly gained Water typing, mostly through the use of round bubble shapes, but also through the wavy edge of its "skirt".
